The Leinster Aqueduct cruise is a great introduction to cruising on the Grand Canal. There's a stop over the river Liffey where passengers can get off for a better look at the impressive 240 year old aqueduct and the skipper will give a short history talk.
The Leinster Aqueduct Cruise can be taken in the morning, early afternoon, or in the evening during the summer. Its perfect for families with young children. There's bar service onboard, and catering can be arranged. The maximum number of passengers is 12. This cruise lasts for 1 hour. Barge Trip is located in Sallins, Co. Dublin. Barge Trips operates from March to October, with weekend availability. Advance booking on AllGifts.ie is required.
