Returns Policy - eVoucher Gifts
Damaged Items
The Gift Partner is obliged to replace any gift item damaged, lost or misplaced in transit to the Customer in accordance with the Gift Partner's own specific Damaged Goods policy. Customers are advised to clarify the policy with the Gift Partner prior to placing a gift on the list. Gift Partners award full warranty and product guarantees to the Customers according to their statutory rights.
Returns & Exchange
The return or exchange of gifts for whatever reason is subject to the individual Returns & Exchange policy of the Gift Partner in question. Recipients should liaise directly with the Gift Partner to arrange for return or exchange of a gift.
Refunds
AllGifts.ie will not issue refunds to Customers in respect of gifts returned. Gift refunds or gift exchanges are to be dealt with directly between the Customer and the Gift Partner.
Returns Policy - Gifts for Delivery by Van
Damaged or Lost Items
AllGifts.ie will deliver a free-of-charge replacement to the Recipient for any items damaged, lost or misplaced in transit. AllGifts.ie may request that the Recipient returns the damaged items and agrees to refund any costs associated in returning the damaged items. Returns & Exchange
AllGifts.ie will allow the Recipient to return any gift items within 7 days of receipt of goods for an exchange equivalent to the value of the goods paid, not including postage. The Recipient shall be responsible for return postage and re-posting of exchange item. Goods returned must be in re-saleable condition.
Refunds
AllGifts.ie will not issue refunds to Customers in respect of gifts returned.
